Dmitrienko clinched seventh place in the shoot-off, guaranteeing her a ticket to Paris. She is the first Kazakh participant to qualify for the 2024 Olympics in shooting sports. With prior experience from Rio 2016 where she finished eighth, Dmitrienko is a seasoned athlete.
Having won the 2024 World Cup in Cairo, Egypt, in January, Dmitrienko's success continues. The Olympic shooting tournament runs until April 29, with over 400 shooters worldwide competing. Kazakhstan is well-represented with its strongest team of 21 shooters participating in the prestigious event.
