Eduard Yeshchenko, a representative of the Kazakhstan shooting team, has secured a quota to participate in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Yeshchenko successfully competed in the qualifying tournament in Doha, Qatar, where he qualified in the skeet shooting category. The Kazakh athlete made it through the qualifying round and advanced to the final.
In the decisive performance, Eduard achieved the third-best result, earning himself a spot at the Olympics along with a bronze medal.
Earlier, it was reported that fencer Aigerim Sarybay also secured qualification for the Olympics in Paris.
