Asian Boxing Confederation (ASBC) reached out to Kazakhstan following the conclusion of the Asian Youth Championship, which took place in Astana on May 9, 2024.

The Kazakhstan Boxing Federation excelled as the host country, delivering an outstanding event from start to finish. Every aspect of the championship reflected their passion and pride.
ASBC also thanked the organizers, volunteers, and the President of the Kazakhstan Boxing Federation, Shakhmurat Mutalip, for supporting the Asian Boxing Confederation.
Kazakh boxers secured 25 gold medals at the Asian Youth Championship, with India taking second place with 12 gold medals, and Uzbekistan claiming the third spot with 11 gold medals.
