The Kazakhstan national ice hockey team played against Sweden on May 16 in the fourth round match of the World Championship group stage taking place in the Czech Republic.
According to Sportarena.kz, the game ended with a defeat for the Kazakhstan team with a score of 1:3. Adil Beketaev scored a goal for our team.
Currently, under the guidance of coach Galyim Mambetaliyev, Kazakhstan's team is in second to last place in their subgroup, having accumulated three points after four matches.
On May 14, the Kazakhstan men's ice hockey team played their third match at the World Championship in the Czech Republic, where they lost to Latvia with a score of 0:2.
