In Naryn district, a mudslide was registered. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to preliminary information, at 9:30 in the village of Kulanak of Uchkun village council, a mudslide occurred due to heavy rains. The yard area of one residential house is flooded.
The deputy akim of the district and Emergency Situations staff arrived at the scene of the incident.
It is worth noting that since April 20, 48 villages have been affected by mudslides in the Osh, Batken, Jalal-Abad, and Talas regions. A state of emergency has been declared in Osh, Jalal-Abad (Nookat district), and Talas regions. As a result of the natural disaster, two people have died: a man whose car was swept away by a mudflow, and a teenager who died from a lightning strike.
