The Uzbekistan government has approved a resolution on measures to improve the system of educating youth in professions and foreign languages, as announced by the Ministry of Justice press service.

According to the document, a Center for training citizens (youth) in foreign languages and targeted preparation for work in foreign countries will be established.

One of the main tasks of the center is to organize the selection processes by employers for citizens of Uzbekistan who wish to work abroad.

Professional educational institutions will offer courses in professions and foreign languages, including English, German, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and other in-demand foreign languages.

Graduates who successfully complete the courses will receive a state-approved certificate.

Training on educational courses will be conducted on a paid-contract basis for educational programs lasting up to one year.

If students, enrolled in professional educational institutions, independently study a foreign language and present an international or equivalent certificate, they will be reimbursed 50% of the funds spent on learning the language, up to a certain limit, from the state budget.

Citizens recruited to work in a foreign country are required to obtain an internationally recognized language certificate at level B2, and for those traveling abroad based on Ausbildung (dual education), at level B1 in German.

Pedagogical staff engaged in educational courses may receive a monthly bonus of up to 100% of their salary based on the effectiveness of their work.
