Minister of Finance Introduces Changes to Integrated System Requirements

in Economy / Kazakhstan - by

The Minister of Finance issued an order on March 26, 2024, amending the Requirements for a three-component integrated system and its accounting.

Previously, the registration of the Integrated System was conducted by the revenue authorities at the location of its use. However, new conditions have been added, necessitating approval from second-tier banks and the copyright holder of the cash register model when integrating control and payment components into the Integrated System model.

Furthermore, it is now required that when incorporating new models of cash registers and systems for accepting non-cash payments into the reference sample of the Integrated System, the copyright holder must submit a statement for inclusion in the Unified Register in the specified format.

The order will be effective from April 8, 2024.

The Integrated System (IS) combines online cash registers, POS terminals, and inventory management systems on a unified information platform. Its purpose is to enhance transparency in the sales process, automate accounting, and facilitate taxation processes.
