The Financial Market Development Agency has unveiled a list of additional information that information providers must supply to credit bureaus.
Information providers, under a loan agreement or a microcredit agreement, are now required to furnish the following details to credit bureaus:
- Date of the borrower's request for changes to the loan agreement or microcredit agreement terms;
- Information provider's decision on the borrower's request;
- Date and reference number of the information provider's response to the borrower's request;
- Changes made to the loan agreement or microcredit agreement terms;
- Inclusion of the loan agreement or microcredit agreement in the individual action plan for resolving non-collateral consumer loans and microcredits not related to entrepreneurial activities;
- Debt collection measures for the loan agreement or microcredit agreement, including the decision date for collection, confirmed by a notary endorsement, court ruling, or settlement agreement between the information provider and the borrower;
- Assignment of rights (claims) under the loan agreement or microcredit agreement, specifying the assignment date, full name of the assignee, location, business identification number, and the assigned amount;
- Date and amount of the last payment made under the loan agreement or microcredit agreement;
- Any other information as agreed upon.
