Meder Mashiev replaces Emil Osmonbetov, who was relieved of his position as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision - Director of Kyrgyz Geological Service.
Meder Mashiev previously worked at Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC and led the Jalal-Abad Oil Refinery from 2010 to 2014. In January 2024, he was removed from the position of Deputy Director of the State Property Management Agency.
