The Ministry of Justice recently held a ceremony to award notary licenses to 17 candidates, as announced by the department's press service. Deputy Minister of Justice Orozbek Sydykov highlighted that all applicants successfully passed the new format qualification exam.
The exam, conducted in the form of computer testing, saw the participation of 98 out of 130 invitees. Ultimately, 17 individuals scored 70% or higher, demonstrating their proficiency in the field.
According to Article 16 of the Notary Law, first-time recipients of licenses for private notary activities are required to take an oath. This event marks a significant step for these individuals as they embark on their careers in notarial practice.
