The Department of Land and Water Transport has introduced a new system for carriers to submit electronic applications through the portal elicense.gov.kg. The Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced this development.
This initiative is designed to provide carriers with a more convenient way to obtain foreign permits for international road freight transport. Carriers can now choose to obtain permit forms at the Entrepreneur Service Center in Bishkek, which is located at 381 Jibek Jolu Avenue (intersecting with Shopokova Street).
Currently, applications for foreign permit forms are being accepted in both paper and electronic formats. Carriers can submit their applications at the transport department's branches in the cities of Bishkek, Osh, Balykchy, and Naryn.
