The Minister of Culture, Information, Sports, and Youth Policy, Altynbek Maksutov, recently engaged in a meeting with representatives of the domestic film industry in Kyrgyzstan. The primary focus of the discussions was on exploring opportunities for content exchange with local television channels to advance the promotion of the state language. This initiative was officially confirmed by the ministry's press service.
As per the disclosed information, there are intentions to augment the quantity of Kyrgyz-language content on local television and increase the airing of films produced by Kyrgyz filmmakers. Moreover, the official emphasized the significance of intensifying efforts towards dubbing domestic films.
