The department's press service reported that the minister convened a meeting with the district police departments' staff to address their work in fighting crime, ensuring public safety, and upholding order.
Subsequently, Deputy Minister October Urmambetov oversaw an evaluation of the new ceremonial uniforms' preparedness for the upcoming event commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Kyrgyz police force.
Upon identifying deficiencies during the inspection, Deputy Chief of the Talas Region Department of Internal Affairs for Personnel, Zhanybek Osmonbekov, and Chief of the Financial and Economic Department, Nurlis Zholdoshev, were relieved of their positions. In their place, Police Lieutenant Colonel Azamat Sadyrbaev from the Fourth Management of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Osh was appointed as the new Deputy Chief of the Talas Region Department of Internal Affairs for Personnel, while Mederbek Usubaliev was appointed as the new Chief of the Financial and Economic Department of the Talas Region Department of Internal Affairs.
