The Ministry of Labor and UNICEF have signed a two-year cooperation plan in the field of child protection, as reported by the ministry's press service. Minister of Labor Gulnara Baatryova emphasized the role of partnership in achieving common goals of improving children's lives and supporting families in difficult situations.
"Collaborative work allows us to develop and implement the most effective strategies and policies, ensuring all children have access to education, healthcare, and social assistance. We pay special attention to combating violence against children and their exploitation. Our country actively works on strengthening the legal framework and mechanisms for preventing violence and protecting children's rights," she stressed.
The meeting highlighted Kyrgyzstan's commitment to long-term cooperation with UNICEF and readiness for joint efforts to create a better future for children.
