Key Personnel Changes in Kyrgyzstan: New Heads Appointed in Tax and Municipal Services

Several key personnel changes have taken place in Kyrgyzstan over the past week. Abdulnabi Amirbekov has been appointed as the head of the Tax Service in Batken. The order of his appointment was signed on March 25. Amirbekov, born on March 25, 1976, in the village of Savay Kara-Suysky district, has taken on this new role.

Meanwhile, Mirbek Totonov has been appointed as the mayor of Shamaldy-Sai. The appointment order was signed by the akim of the Nookensky district, Taalaibek Ishenbekov.

It is worth noting that Kyrgyzstan has initiated an administrative-territorial reform in a pilot mode in six regions, Bishkek, and Osh. As part of this reform, the town of regional significance Shamaldy-Sai has been formed in Tash-Kumyr based on the Shamaldy-Sai territorial administration within the Nookensky district.

Furthermore, as part of the ongoing administrative-territorial reform, the Shamaldy-Sai city council has been established, consisting of 10 deputies from the Tash-Kumyr city council. Talainur Otunchiev has been appointed as the chairman.
