Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Japarov has signed a decree regarding political state positions, special state positions, and political municipal positions. The decision, announced by the state leader's press service, is aimed at organizing the activities of individuals in these positions. It establishes the procedures and rules for appointments.
According to the decree, officials may be relieved of their duties if their actions do not align with the decisions and policies of the leadership. It is also stated that officials are not allowed to be members of political parties, bodies of trusteeship or supervisory boards, or other non-profit non-governmental organizations, unless specified in an international treaty ratified in accordance with the law and involving the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, the decree highlights the rights and responsibilities of officials, which include entitlements to leave, insurance, medical services, and other benefits.
