The President of the Kyrgyz Republic has signed decrees regarding changes in key positions within the country. Aygul Ryskulova has been relieved of her duties as the authorized representative of Kyrgyzstan in the Commission on Economic Affairs at the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States. In her place, Ulukbek Toychievich has been appointed as the new representative.
