The Kyrgyz President's Office has recently acquired 100 percent ownership of the State Mortgage Company, with the transfer of shares taking place on April 1, 2024. A total of 186,279 shares were purchased by the President's Office for 18,627.9 million soms.
In a decree signed by President Sadyr Japarov in mid-March, the function of representing the Cabinet of Ministers as a shareholder in the State Mortgage Company was transferred to the President's Office. This decree directs the transfer of the company's shares to the management of the President's Office.
