During a parliament session, Deputy Ruslanbek Zhakyshev criticized some government officials for unjustly firing experienced deputies, department heads, or top employees and replacing them with relatives or acquaintances. The deputy expressed his outrage, stating that those who have been fired were competent, experienced, and did not engage in flattery.
In response, Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov requested the names of such officials to investigate the matter. He assured that if such cases are confirmed, appropriate measures will be taken. The Prime Minister also emphasized the importance of computer literacy for municipal and government employees, stating that those who lack this skill will be dismissed.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister highlighted that employees who fail to fulfill their duties adequately should seek employment elsewhere. The government is committed to strengthening requirements for civil servants and ensuring efficiency in public service.
