The Bishkek Administrative Court has ruled that Abdurakhmanhadzhi Murtazaliev, a candidate from the Sverdlovsk electoral district in February 2022, is the elected deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh. The document was published on social media.
It is worth noting that instead of him, the mandate was given to Shailoobek Atazov.
After reviewing the case, on March 2, the court declared the Central Election Commission's decision of February 22 invalid, which denied Murtazaliev's request to be recognized as the elected deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, prematurely terminating the powers of parliamentarian Shailoobek Atazov.
The Administrative Court also ordered the Central Election Commission to revoke its decision of March 9, 2023, rejecting the registration of the candidate for the Jogorku Kenesh deputy from the Sverdlovsk single-mandate district, Abdurakhmanhadzhi Murtazaliev, and to recognize him as a member of parliament.
The press services of the Bishkek City Court and the Central Election Commission have not yet commented on the decision of the Administrative Court published on social media.

Abdurakhmanhadzhi Murtazaliev was removed from the race due to the testimonies of two women, whom the candidate claimed he had no relations with and they were not his campaigners.
On social media, Shailoobek Atazov's supporter Kenesh Zhumabekov stated that he will appeal the decision in the Bishkek City Court. Kenesh Zhumabekov was convicted in a case of voter bribery and fined 200,000 soms. The case is currently being appealed.
