New Kaziy appointed for Osh region by the Head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan

The Head of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan has appointed a new Kaziy for the Osh region, as reported by the press service of the administration. Abibilla aji Kadyrberdiev has been named as the Kaziy of the region, with the corresponding order signed by Abdulaziz kary Zakirov.

Abibilla aji Kadyrberdiev, born on December 19, 1977, in the village of Zhany-Zher, Kadamjai district of Batken region, has an educational background in artistic decoration and Islamic studies. He has worked as an art teacher, deputy director of a madrasa, Imam in various mosques, and the head of the fatwa department in Batken region.

On March 4, 2014, he became a member of the Council of Ulema of Kyrgyzstan. From July 27, 2021, until April 5, 2024, he held the position of Deputy Mufti of the country. Abibilla aji Kadyrberdiev is married and has two sons and two daughters.
