High-level Visit: Kyrgyz President Arrives in Kazakhstan for Official Visit

President Sadyr Japarov has arrived in Kazakhstan for an official visit, as reported by the state's press service. Welcomed personally by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at Astana International Airport, the flags of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan adorned the airport, with a red carpet laid out and an honor guard in formation.

The two presidents attended a gala concert featuring artists from both countries at the Palace of Peace and Accord. Performances included excerpts from the epic "Manas" and musical pieces, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. Several choreographic compositions were also presented.

During his visit, President Japarov is scheduled to engage in bilateral talks with President Tokayev, participate in the sixth meeting of the High Interstate Council of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, and attend the unveiling of a monument to the hero of the Kyrgyz epic "Manas" in Astana. Additionally, various events are taking place in Kazakhstan, such as the Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan Business Forum, a roundtable discussion with elders and intellectuals, a Kyrgyz-Kazakh youth forum, and a forum for scholars.
