in Politics / Kyrgyzstan - by

The Vice Mayor of Bishkek, Mirlan Bayganchokov, announced at a parliamentary committee meeting on international affairs, defense, security, and migration that the capital is expecting the arrival of 100 new buses. The total cost of the buses is reported to be 12 million euros.

During the meeting, Deputy Kubanychbek Samakov inquired about the individual cost of each bus, to which Bayganchokov clarified that the state will cover the customs fees. He further explained that the buses are being purchased through a tender process, with the higher price attributed to their length of 12 meters and the inclusion of air conditioning units.
