In the Central Election Commission, a verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court was received regarding the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh and leader of the party "Butun Kyrgyzstan" **Adakhan Madumarov**. The information was confirmed by the CEC.
It is noted that a hearing is planned for today to consider the issue of Adakhan Madumarov's mandate.
Recall that on March 26, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek found Adakhan Madumarov guilty in a case of state treason and fraud. However, due to the statute of limitations, the politician was exempted from punishment. Nevertheless, because his pretrial detention was not changed, he only got released from the detention center on April 26.
