Bishkek City Court has returned the appeal of the former deputy, leader of the party "Butun Kyrgyzstan" Adahan Madumarov. This information was provided by the court.
Earlier, Adahan Madumarov filed an appeal in the city court against the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek, which resulted in his parliamentary mandate being revoked.
"The appeal has been returned by the Pervomaisky District Court due to missing the deadline for document submission," the court informed.
On March 26, the Pervomaisky District Court found Adahan Madumarov guilty of state treason and fraud. However, due to the statute of limitations, the politician was released. Nevertheless, since his preventive measure was not changed, Madumarov was only released from detention on April 26.
It was announced on April 26 that the Central Election Commission prematurely terminated the powers of the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Adahan Madumarov. The basis for this decision was the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court.
Adahan Madumarov was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the seventh convocation from the faction "Butun Kyrgyzstan."
