Former deputy Adakhan Madumarov has filed an appeal with the Bishkek City Court against the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court. The politician shared this information on his Telegram page.

The court has accepted the document. According to the message, "The application regarding the Central Election Commission's decision to suspend Adakhan Madumarov's powers as a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh will be considered in the Administrative Court of the capital on May 20th."

Previously, the Bishkek City Court returned Adakhan Madumarov's appeal, filed in the city court against the decision of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek, which resulted in his parliamentary mandate being revoked.

The Pervomaisky District Court reported that the appeal was returned due to missing the deadline for submitting the document.

It is worth noting that on March 26th, the Pervomaisky District Court found Adakhan Madumarov guilty of state treason and fraud. However, due to the statute of limitations, the politician was released. Nevertheless, since his precautionary measure was not changed, Madumarov was only released from detention on April 26th.

On April 26th, it was announced that the Central Election Commission prematurely terminated the powers of Jogorku Kenesh deputy Adakhan Madumarov. The basis for this decision was the verdict of the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek.

Adakhan Madumarov was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the seventh convocation from the "Butun Kyrgyzstan" faction.
