The Prime Minister chaired a meeting at the Bishkek City Architecture Department where infrastructure and architectural projects were presented to Akylbek Zhaparov. Solutions to enhance the road and transportation infrastructure were proposed, including the introduction of a "smart" parking system, creating barrier-free spaces for people with disabilities, diagonal pedestrian crossings, transportation hubs, developing cycling infrastructure, building a cable car, and improving and constructing new transport interchanges.

Photos by the Cabinet's press service showed Akylbek Zhaparov being presented with beautiful visuals by Bishkek City Architecture officials. Additionally, projects for a new racecourse, a small arena for the Spartak Stadium, architectural solutions for the modernization of Ala-Too Square, and the improvement of the banks of the Ala-Archa and Alamedin rivers were showcased.

The Prime Minister emphasized the significant potential of Bishkek. He stated, "Today our capital is not significantly different from other small cities in the country. The appearance of our city needs to change; Bishkek should be a modern, beautiful, safe, and clean capital. It is necessary to comprehensively address the issues of road and transportation infrastructure."
