Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov signed the relevant order appointing Kamil Chotkaraev as the akim of Kochkor district in the Naryn region.
This decision comes after the previous akim, Ermekbai Omoshev, was appointed as the akim of Issyk-Ata district in the Chui region. The reshuffling of akims is part of the government's efforts to optimize administrative processes and improve governance at the local level.
