President Sadyr Japarov responded to Azimbek Beknazarov's appeal regarding the Kempirov-Abad case. Japarov mentioned that Kyrgyzstan now controls 50% of Kempirov-Abad, managed by a parity of three individuals from each country.

Previously inaccessible disputed areas like Ungar-Too and Gavasay now belong to Kyrgyzstan. Japarov questioned Beknazarov's motives, suggesting personal interests over resolving border issues. He hinted at potential rewards for resolving the matter.

Japarov emphasized that Beknazarov's fate will be determined by the court. He also addressed alleged upcoming protests and the role of Raimbek Matraimov in them. Japarov recounted interactions with Matraimov and Kamchi Kolbaev, warning against criminal activities.

Authorities uncovered property confiscation from certain businessmen, including Matraimov. Real estate registered under others' names was seized and transferred to the state. Japarov highlighted the uncovering of criminal activities and the restitution of unlawfully obtained assets.
