In Kyrgyzstan, the Day of Judicial System Workers is being celebrated, with President Sadyr Japarov extending his congratulations to the servants of Themis. He emphasized the crucial role of the judiciary in building a civil society, national economy development, and fostering interethnic harmony, civil peace, and unity among the Kyrgyz people.

The President noted significant progress in the field of justice in recent years, highlighting the increased number of acquittals by courts compared to previous years. This trend reflects judges' dedication to impartially review cases and make fair decisions despite obstacles, utilizing their constitutional powers of independence. Japarov credited these achievements to the efforts of the judicial system workers.

However, Japarov also highlighted several issues regarding the quality of justice delivery, such as delays in court proceedings, insufficient information transparency about the judiciary's work, unsatisfactory performance by some judges, ineffective enforcement of court decisions, and the lack of modern, comfortable facilities meeting the needs of citizens and entrepreneurs.

"Our goal is to establish a fair, transparent, impartial, and accountable judicial authority," concluded President Japarov, underscoring the commitment to improving the judicial system in Kyrgyzstan.
