In Osh, on the banks of the Ak-Buura River, 150 willow saplings were planted, symbolizing the southern capital. The city plans to plant around 300 saplings along the river in total. This initiative was announced by the city's press service.
According to the press release, the municipal government is launching a city-wide campaign called "One Resident, One Tree" ("Bir Jharandan — Bir Darak").
The press service of the Osh City Hall shared a photo, urging every resident to actively participate in the beautification and greening efforts of the beloved city. The overall plan for Osh in 2024 includes planting approximately 300,000 tree and shrub saplings throughout the city.
