Kyrgyzstan's boxer Bekzat Ergeshov has won silver at the World Cup of oil-producing countries held in Nizhnevartovsk, Russia.
The news was shared by kyrgyzstanboxing on Instagram. In the weight category up to 51 kilograms, the Kyrgyz athlete lost to Russian boxer Artur Nagapetyan in the final. Prior to this, Kyrgyz boxers Rysbek Bektenov (up to 60 kg), Sultan Asankul uulu (up to 75 kg), and Oomatbek Elchoro uulu (up to 92 kg) secured bronze medals.
