Kyrgyz athlete Bekdoolot Rasulbekov has secured a bronze medal at the World Cup in weightlifting in Phuket, Thailand. The International Federation of this sport reported the news. Competing in Group B, he clinched the fourth spot with a total of 385 kilograms.
His 220-kilogram result in the clean and jerk placed him third among all participants. This achievement follows another Kyrgyz weightlifter, Ishenbek Muratbek Uulu, who also won a bronze medal at the World Cup earlier.
