The Kyrgyzstan youth judo team achieved success at the Asia Cup held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with medals in various categories. The federation of the sport shared this accomplishment on social media.
In the 16-17 age group for girls:
- Akmarzhan Turdazhieva (over 70 kilograms) and Aidai Kakitaeva (up to 57 kilograms) won silver medals.
Among the juniors:
- Emirhan Zholdokaziev (over 100 kg) claimed the gold medal.
Other medalists include:
- Janar Zholdosheva (up to 52 kg), Erzhan Kanatbekov (over 81 kg), and Akmarzhan Turdazhieva (over 100 kg) secured silver medals.
- Milena Borubolotova (up to 48 kg) earned the bronze medal.
