The Kyrgyzstan national futsal team has made their debut at the 2024 AFC Futsal Championship in Thailand. This news was announced by the Futsal Association of the Kyrgyz Republic on social media.
In their first match against Japan, Kyrgyzstan emerged victorious with a score of 3:2. The goals were scored by Samat Dzhanat uulu, Maxat Alimov, and Kairat Kubanychov.
The AFC Futsal Championship is scheduled from April 17-28. Kyrgyzstan is placed in Group C alongside Japan, Tajikistan, and South Korea. Their upcoming match is against Tajikistan on April 20 at 13:00, who currently leads the group after defeating South Korea 2:0 in the opening round.
