The women's national team of Kyrgyzstan took third place at the CAFA U-18 Women's Championship tournament, which concluded in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The news was shared by the Women's Football Association on social media.
The football players defeated their opponents from Turkmenistan (3:1) and Tajikistan (3:0), lost to the team from Uzbekistan (1:6), and also played a draw with Iran (1:1).
The first place was taken by the Iranian team, with the second place going to the team from Uzbekistan.
