On the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Great Victory, the exhibition "Heroes are always in honor" opened at the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan. The online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age" reported on this event.
The first section of the exhibition features jeweled sabers and swords, as well as a unique portrait of the great-grandfather of the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov - Berdimuhamed Annaev, woven by Turkmen carpet weavers.
In the second section of the exhibition, visitors can see historical photographs from the war years, capturing the struggle of the Soviet people against fascist Germany. The photos depict young brave front-line soldiers from Turkmenistan - Aydogdy Takhir, Gurban Durdy, Mulki Bayramov, Tagan Bayramdurdyev. Valuable exhibits of the exhibition include posters "Everything for the front! Everything for Victory!" The exhibition also showcases front-line letters, orders and medals, personal belongings of Turkmen heroes who fought for Victory.
