In honor of the 50th anniversary of the State Musical Comedy Theater (Operetta) of Uzbekistan in Tashkent, the II International Operetta.uz Forum will take place from April 26 to 28. This was announced by the press service of the operetta theater.
The event will be attended by representatives from musical theaters of Belarus, Azerbaijan, Russia, and Kazakhstan. Participants of the forum will include directors, choreographers, creative teams, and leading artists.
The forum program includes master classes and a performance of the musical "The Amphibian Man."
The gala concert on April 28 will feature soloists from the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater, Novosibirsk Musical Theater, Azerbaijani State Academic Musical Theater, Karaganda Academic Theater of Musical Comedy, and the State Chamber Music Theater.
Additionally, there will be a presentation of an album dedicated to the theater's anniversary.
