The first President of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation, Mintimer Shaimiev, has sent his congratulations to President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdymukhamedov, on the occasion of the Novruz holiday. In his message, Shaimiev sincerely congratulated his Turkmen colleague on the ancient spring holiday of renewal, which is widely celebrated by all Turkic peoples.
He noted that the Novruz holiday symbolizes the awakening of nature from its winter slumber, the revival of life, and the harmony between man and nature. Shaimiev wished Serdar Berdymukhamedov good health and success on this beautiful holiday of spring equinox, and further prosperity to the fraternal people of the country.
