The Chairperson of the Halk Maslahaty congratulated Valentina Matviyenko on her anniversary and the title of Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation. During the conversation, the parties discussed deepening friendly relations between the peoples of Turkmenistan and Russia.
Special attention was paid to cooperation in the fields of energy, trade, transportation, and agriculture. Additionally, the need to expand cultural-humanitarian and inter-parliamentary partnerships was emphasized. The effectiveness of establishing direct links between Turkmenistan and certain regions of Russia was also noted.
