During the call, the two leaders exchanged greetings, congratulations on Oraza Bayram, and best wishes. Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted Turkey as one of Turkmenistan's most reliable and longstanding partners. The positive dynamics of strategic intergovernmental cooperation in mutually beneficial areas were also noted.
Both parties emphasized that the linguistic, spiritual, and cultural commonality between the two nations contributes to the development of fruitful and effective relations across various fields.
