During the third Antalya Diplomatic Forum, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, urged the global community to assist the UN in ensuring peace. He emphasized that achieving universal peace is the main mission of the UN, coupled with the responsibility to realistically assess the risks and threats present in the world today.
Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan highlighted the need to unite the efforts of the UN with other international organizations and enhance the role and functions of UN regional offices. He also stressed that the main instruments in ensuring global peace are the principles of neutrality and preventive diplomacy.
