On April 19, a meeting took place between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Myahri Byashimova, and the Ambassador of Malaysia to Turkmenistan, Mohd Sukhaimi Bin Ahmad Tajuddin, to discuss priority areas of bilateral cooperation. The main areas of interaction included investments, mutual trade, and the need to enhance inter-parliamentary cooperation. It was emphasized that mutual visits by ministers, government representatives, and business circles of Turkmenistan and Malaysia hold special significance in the context of economic cooperation.
Furthermore, the expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the tourism and cultural-humanitarian spheres was also addressed.
