Vice Prime Minister of Turkmenistan B. Amanov has shared insights on expanding opportunities for attracting direct foreign investments in Turkmenistan's energy sector and strengthening the dialogue on sustainable development in the energy field. This information was reported by the online publication "TurkmenPortal."
During his speech, B. Amanov highlighted that Turkmenistan's leadership has initiated projects to unleash the economic potential of the country's oil and gas sector and enhance global energy security. The production capacity of the "Galkynysh" field, which is currently in the industrial development stage, has been increased.
Key areas of international cooperation, as mentioned by B. Amanov, include the construction of the TAPI pipeline, attracting investments for the development of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea, modernization of drilling technologies, construction of industrial facilities, deep processing of hydrocarbons, exchange of expertise with foreign companies in the field of digital technologies, seismic exploration, and geological survey work.
