On April 30, a meeting took place at the building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Belarus, N. Shagulyev, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Igor Nazaruk. This was reported on the official website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus.
During the meeting, both sides expressed mutual interest in developing fruitful bilateral relations. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
The positive dynamics of bilateral relations in the fields of education, science, sports, and healthcare were highlighted. The parties emphasized the effectiveness of cooperation at the level of the foreign ministries of the two countries and within international organizations.
At the end of the meeting, the Ambassador presented the Deputy Minister with a special issue of the magazine "Turkmenistan" dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Makhtumkuli Frag.
