Representatives of the inter-parliamentary friendship group between the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and the Federal National Council of the United Arab Emirates discussed the possibilities of deepening parliamentary cooperation during an online meeting. During the video conference, the parties noted the importance of creating inter-parliamentary friendship groups in the context of exchanging experience in the legislative field. They emphasized the significant value of developing inter-state cooperation and expressed mutual readiness to maintain a constructive inter-parliamentary dialogue.
The readiness to expand the contractual and legal framework of bilateral cooperation through the organization of regular business visits and meetings was confirmed. The interlocutors expressed mutual commitment to furthering cooperation in the interests of the peoples of both countries.
