The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic hosted a briefing on March 2, dedicated to the outcomes of the extended meeting of the country's Cabinet of Ministers and the Presidium of the People's Council. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported on the event.
The briefing was attended by representatives of the Institute of Language, Literature, and National Manuscripts named after Makhtumkuli, members of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting, and Cinematography of Turkmenistan, the Turkmen diaspora, and Turkmen students studying at universities in Bishkek.
During the event, the key achievements of the country in 2023 and the directions of the "Program for Socio-Economic Development and Investments of Turkmenistan for 2024" were discussed. The People's Council Work Plan was presented, outlining its main tasks for the current year. The discussions focused on socio-economic issues aimed at improving citizens' well-being and enhancing the country's legislation.
