On March 13th, a meeting took place between the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ahmed Gurbanov, and the Ambassador of Spain, Marcos Gomez Martinez, who was in Turkmenistan as part of a delegation of Spanish entrepreneurs on a business visit. The online publication "Vestiabad" reported on this event.
During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the expansion of trade and economic cooperation, the organization of high-level contacts, the hosting of cultural and humanitarian events, and the enhancement of the bilateral legal framework.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue the diplomatic dialogue. As part of the current visit by the Spanish delegation, meetings are planned with representatives of around 20 ministries and agencies of Turkmenistan.
