Ambassador Ivan Volynkin noted that all polling stations operated smoothly, resulting in a relatively high voter turnout. For citizens with limited mobility who wished to exercise their right to vote, mobile groups were organized to provide ballots and ballot boxes.
On the day of the Russian Presidential elections on March 17, 2024, five polling stations were set up in Turkmenistan to facilitate the voting process for Russian citizens in the country.
