An exhibition titled "Culture of Clothing and Jewelry of Turkic Peoples" at the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum in Baku features samples of Turkmen women's national clothing and jewelry. The event is dedicated to the holiday of Novruz and the 15th anniversary of its inclusion in UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The exhibition includes national costumes and jewelry from the peoples of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and Turkmenistan from the collections of the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum, the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, the Association of Hungarian Folk Artisans, and private collector Virginia Morgan-Hayat.
